Sometimes when we look at our work, homework, projects and checklists, we wonder how we’re going to be able to finish it all. Beautiful World Canada, a Toronto-based charity that helps women in Sub-Saharan Africa complete post-secondary education, offers some tips.
- One of the best ways of tackling that big project is breaking it down into smaller tasks, and then breaking those down into even smaller to-dos.
- Another tip is working backward from the project deadline to now. This method breaks your project up into stages like completed, proofreading, editing, writing, drafting, planning, and brainstorming.
- Lastly, schedule a follow-up some time after the deadline. Approaching our work, schoolwork and life this way can both alleviate unnecessary stress and increase overall productivity.
