Monday Workout: The Countdown
You will need: Comfortable clothing and running shoes.
Instructions: Cycle through this 2 to 3 times. Resting 30 to 60 seconds between each cycle.
Warm-up: March on the spot or go up and down the stairs.
Workout:
50 – Jumping jacks
40 – Alternating lunges
30 – Squat jumps
20 – Mountain climber
10 – Burpees
Stretch: All the major muscles of your body. Holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds each.
