We Are Creating a Tidal Wave for Good

In 1995, at 12-years-old, Craig Kielburger told his class about Iqbal Masih, a child labourer who escaped slavery but was murdered after raising his voice. At rst, Craig felt powerless against a challenge as massive as child labour. But when he reached out to his classmates, he immediately found allies. Soon, other children joined his cause. What started as a group of twelve 12-year olds grew into a movement.

More than two decades later, Craig, his brother Marc and a devoted team have evolved the group into a powerful movement dedicated to change: at home, abroad and within each and every one of us. Today, we are millions of passionate youth, women and men working together to shift the world from “me” to “we.”

WE is a movement that brings people together and gives them the tools to change the world, empowering all people to change the world, locally and globally, achieving transformative outcomes for themselves and others.

WE Charity

We empower change with resources that create sustainable impact through domestic programs like WE Schools and internationally through WE Villages. The unique partnership with ME to WE ensures that WE Charity achieves a remarkable rate of nancial ef ciency, with 90 percent of donations going directly to youth-serving programs.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

ME to WE creates socially conscious products and experiences that allow people to do good through their everyday choices. Half of all ME to WE pro ts are donated to support WE Charity, while the other half is reinvested to grow the mission of the social enterprise.
