Workout: Cardio cycle

 

You will need: comfortable clothing and running shoes.

Perform each exercise for 10 repetitions, then repeat the cycle by doing 9 repetitions, and so forth until you repeat the cycle 1 time each.

High knees

Jumping jacks

Squat jumps

Burpees

Side to side hop

Stretch: all the major muscles of your body. Holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds each.
