Workout: Cycle

 

You will need: comfortable clothing, running shoes and weights.

Perform each exercise for 10 repetitions, then repeat the cycle by doing 9 repetitions, and so forth until you repeat the cycle 1 time each.

Squats

Alternating lunges

Biceps curls

Overhead triceps extension

Burpees

Push-ups

Mountain climber

Stretch: all the major muscles of your body. Holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds each.
