Workout: Drills

 

Your will need: comfortable clothing, running shoes and weights.

Perform each of the exercises as stated below.

Up and down 1 set of stairs 5 times

Squat-front kick with right leg-squat-front kick with left leg: 1 minute

Biceps curls: 1 minute

Up and down 1 set of stairs 5 times

Squat-side kick with right leg-squat-side kick with left leg: 1 minute

Overhead shoulder press: 1 minute

Up and down 1 set of stairs 5 times

Squat-back kick with right leg-squat-back kick with left leg: 1 minute

Overhead triceps: 1 minute

Stretch: all the major muscles of your body. Holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds each.
