Sparkling Golden Pineapple Cocktail
The warm weather is here. That means its time to hit the patios with your friends or host a BBQ and share a cocktail or two. Here is a recipe for one of my favourite new cocktails, inspired by Captain Morgan’s new Pineapple flavoured Rum liquor.
2oz Captain Morgan Pineapple flavoured Rum Liquor
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Cranberry Juice
1oz Champagne (if too boozy try sparkling water)
In a shaker blend the Captain Morgan, Pineapple and Cranberry Juice.
Pour into a tall glass over ice.
Add the Champagne.
Serve garnished with a pineapple wedge!
