Summer Cocktails

Warm summer nights are up on us. Is there anything better than sitting on your patio in the summer sun and sipping a fruity or fresh cocktail? With BBQ’s and summer parties coming up it’s great to have a signature drink to welcome your guests.

To get some cool, quenching cocktail recipes, I sat at the bar with Diageo Canada brand ambassador Simon Hooper to sample his summer recipes. Here are my favourites!
