Foods to keep your skin young looking

Oats: have a natural plant chemical that can help prevent damage to skin cells.

Oranges: have a high water content which helps hydrate your skin. They are also loaded with vitamin C, which helps make collagen — keeping your skin supple. Fruits and vegetables in general are great for your skin.

Avocados: contain monounsaturated fat (a healthy type of fat), which helps your skin stay hydrated. Also, healthy fats can help you absorb some vitamins and nutrients that your skin needs.

Brussels sprouts: are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and folate. Vitamin C promotes collagen and vitamin A and folate may help prevent sun damage. However, you still need to use sun protection.

Salmon: is a great source of omega-3 fats. Some research has suggested that omega-3s, especially from fish, may keep skin cancer cells from growing and spreading.

The bottom line is to stay hydrated and eat a variety of healthy food!
