Enjoy An Outdoor Workout

You will need: Comfortable weather appropriate clothing, a timer and running shoes.

Instructions: Depending on time, repeat the cycle 1 or 2 more times.

Warm-up: Walk until you are warmed up.

Workout:

Brisk walk: 2 minutes.

Jog: 1 minute.

Walking lunges: 1 minute.

Brisk walk: 1 minute.

Jog: 2 minute.

Squat Pulses (lower yourself down and pulses here moving up and down 1 inch): 1 minute.

Jog: 2 minute.

Stretch: All the major muscles of your body. Holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds each.
